Ndarakwai is a private ranch in West Kilimanjaro, once overgrazed farmland that has been restored as a wildlife area. Today it is a corridor for elephants moving between Kilimanjaro and Amboseli in Kenya, and home to giraffe, zebra, eland, gerenuk and many birds. Because it’s private land, you can enjoy walking safaris as well as game drives, often with views of Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru.
