Who we are

• Enquiry and contact forms: your name, email, phone number, country, preferred contact method and the travel details you choose to share (dates, group size, budget, interests, trip of interest).
• Partner form: your name, contact details, company name, website, role and the business details you provide.
• Mailing list: your name and email address.
• When you book: the details we need to arrange your trip, such as passport names and numbers, dates of birth, dietary needs, medical conditions relevant to your safety, and flight details.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and plan, quote and operate your trip.
• To make reservations with lodges, airlines, park authorities and other suppliers on your behalf.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To meet our legal, accounting and safety obligations.

We never sell your information.

Who we share it with

• Travel suppliers involved in your trip (lodges, camps, airlines, transfer providers and national park or permit authorities), only the details each one needs.
• Our website host, Hostinger, which stores the website and form submissions.
• Service providers that load parts of this site: Google Fonts (typefaces), Cloudflare cdnjs (the map software) and Esri (map images on destination pages). When your browser loads these, the provider receives your IP address.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to [24 months] if you do not book, and booking records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually [7 years]. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.
